Prolife Foods, a New Zealand food company operating throughout the whole of Australasia, needed high-quality contamination control for their manufacturing facility.
They contacted Flexshield for expert advice on creating a custom solution to their needs.
The Delivered Solution
The Flexshield team tailor-designed and manufactured an adjustable SonicClear contamination control screen for Prolife Foods.
The SonicClear workshop screens are concertina-style, made of clear, heavy-duty extruded PVC material to create a physical barrier to airborne contaminants. They help Prolife Foods to protect their workspace from dust, noise, fumes, splash, odours, and insects.
The PVC screen was custom-made to suit Prolife’s exact size and environmental requirements, using the most durable UV resistant and anti-corrosive materials. SonicClear is fully tested against a wide range of common chemicals and corrosive agents.
