Flexshield PVC noise barriers and customisable warehouse curtains can help create and maintain a healthy warehouse environment, making work and product storage safer. Our custom curtain walls are simple to install and can be a temporary or permanent solution for our customers warehouse needs.
Curtain Specifications and Installation
Depending on the client’s needs, we may use SonicClear or a loaded vinyl product to create noise barriers or combine the two products. The curtains can be held together with a hook and loop from top to bottom.
Once connected, they form walls that can be in almost any configuration. They run from the roof to the floor or from the bottom of the joists to the floor.
Aluminium angle is the most common mounting method as it quickly attaches to the roof deck.
Customisation Options
There are a lot of options to choose from when designing your curtain wall:
- Curtain style: Choose between rolling or static. Rolling curtains can open on curtain tracks and are used for smaller openings or doors. Static curtains are ideal for medium or large walls.
- Curtain layout: Choose between straight, multiple sides, or something specific.
- Track mounts: These include face mount or head mount
- Accessories: Floor sweeps, anchor straps, and more.
- Entry and exit locations: The most common entry and exits are strip curtains or swing doors
- Colours: Lastly, there are many colours to choose from to give your curtains a more personalised appearance.
Entry Options
Using entry points is ideal if you use larger static-position curtain walls that will not roll side to side. These openings allow people and products into the curtained area quickly and with little effort. The most common entry and exits are strip curtains or swing doors.
