Outcome shows the power of noise control solutions
At Flexshield, we are committed to delivering high-quality noise control solutions that make a difference. Our hands-on approach includes visiting customer sites, observing our products in action, and understanding their unique requirements.
Take for example a recent site visit by one of our Industrial Noise Specialists to a project in New South Wales. This visit allowed us to see how our Sonic Acoustic Curtain performed on-site to confirm its effectiveness, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify any opportunities for improvement.
Why choose Sonic Acoustic Curtain?
Noise pollution is pervasive, especially in industrial environments where work continues into the night. Without proper soundproofing, noise can significantly impact workers, nearby communities, and residential areas.
To combat this, our client turned to Flexshield’s Sonic Acoustic Curtain, a product specifically designed to minimise noise in challenging environments. Reducing sound pollution promotes a safer, quieter workspace and minimises disruption to surrounding areas.
Flexshield’s site visit reveals the effectiveness of acoustic curtains
During the site visit, our Industrial Noise Specialist experienced first-hand the remarkable noise reduction provided by Sonic Acoustic Curtain. The project involved two sources of significant disturbance: loud blasting and continuous generator noise. The combination of our Sonic Acoustic Curtain and a motorised acoustic roller door dramatically reduced noise levels.
Standing just 100 metres from the noise source, the reduction in sound was undeniable. What had once been overpowering and disruptive noise was now contained, allowing operations to continue with minimal noise impact. This result is a testament to the power of Flexshield’s soundproofing solutions.
Customer satisfaction leads to expanded noise control solutions
The success of the Sonic Acoustic Curtain has led our client to further invest in Flexshield’s acoustic products. In addition to continuing to use the curtain for blasting and generator noise reduction, they are now exploring other Flexshield noise control solutions across their site. This includes the installation of acoustic louvres to enhance soundproofing in other areas of their operation.
