AcousTech Loudest Animal Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1.Promoter

The promoter of this competition is AcousTech, a division of Flexshield Group Pty Ltd, based in Queensland, Australia.

2.Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3.How to Enter

To enter, participants must correctly guess the loudest animal from the list provided and submit their details via the official entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4.Entry Period

Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM AEST on Wednesday, 29 May 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5.Prize Details

The prize is one (1) kayak valued at $1,749 AUD. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.

6.Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries on Friday, 30 May 2025. The winner will be contacted by phone using the details provided in the entry.

7.Prize Delivery

Transport of the kayak will be arranged directly with the winner. The prize will be dispatched from AcousTech’s manufacturing facility in Queensland, Australia.

8.Privacy

All personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion. Your details will not be shared with any third parties.

9.General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
