Organic Formulations is a 100% Australian owned manufacturer of certified organic personal care products, including skincare and other organic healthcare goods. These products need to be kept in a climate-controlled environment, free from dust and insects.
The company’s new facility at Riddells Creek Victoria included production, packing and dispatch areas, combined with large rollers doors and an internal office area. Unfortunately, Organic Formulations experienced dust control concerns in the new building.
Organic Formulations required an innovative way to control, air, noise and dust, while still allowing free access to all areas for forklifts and personnel, as well as plenty of natural light and visibility. They contacted Flexshield for expert advice and assistance.
The solution

With this in mind, Flexshield attended the factory site to work with the client and design a tailored solution that met all their requirements.
Flexshield’s solution included SonicClear strip curtains for the sections requiring access and SonicClear sheet curtains for those areas that didn’t need regular access.
The results
The benefits of Flexshield’s solution were immediate. The SonicClear strip and SonicClear sheet curtains led to a cleaner facility with improved air temperatures, lower office noise levels, and improved Health, Safety and Productivity.
