When Bailey Caravans experienced a challenge with birds flying into their caravan storage area, Bailey Caravans contacted Flexshield for assistance to maintain very stringent quality assurance measures – both in their product range, and their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
The solution
The Flexshield team attended site to assess the application, and tailor-designed, manufactured and installed a solution. A warehouse bird control screen was manufactured from a woven PVC Blockout mesh product which not only restricted birds but also acted as a privacy screen to stop neighbours and passers-by seeing straight into the warehouse. 20m long and 6m high, with a 5m sliding panel for access, the screen was UV stabilised and fully reinforced for strength and durability against the elements.
The screen proved a very worthwhile investment for Bailey Leisure, and their challenge is now solved. They can manufacture and store their caravans with no risk of birds flying in and dirtying the warehouse.
